What can I say about Veg On Board‘s magnificent charcuterie boards that images don’t make abundantly clear? This time, a brunch-themed board. Let’s look at the artistry that is Veg On Board.
What do you see? In no particular order: Mini corn muffins, overnight oats, mini pancake kabobs, mini avocado toasts topped with vegan feta, waffles, two small containers of tofu scramble-y hash (covered with flowers) and a beautiful selection of fruits.

An amazing board that is easily shared. Can’t wait to try another of her boards–they are quite possibly the best new vegan “product” out there right now.
