These Are a Few of My Favorite Things:
Park Mor 🥟

Ok, it’s been 11 years. So I suppose I can declare Thai crepe or Park Mor, a Thai dumpling filled with sweet turnip and peanut, one of my favorite things to eat. Now it is no secret that I am a huge Thai food fan. But this traditional appetizer is not widely available. So I have to hunt it down like I used to on the streets of Thailand. I checked out Glur, a new Thai spot in Manhattan with clear vegan options, and was excited it was part of their menu.

I love these things. Like one would enjoy a Bon-Bon in a bubble bath. I can’t listen to you as I eat them. Don’t take offense. They’re decadent to me.

A runner-up—another Thai street food I loved while abroad: Khao Tom Mad

I think I need to go back to Thailand.
