In the House…

A brief stop back home, I dove into my favorite activities… cooking and baking. I miss my kitchen when I’m away, like I miss my bed. And with a house guest on her way, it would be a “welcome” batch of chocolate chip cookies. But first, tofu going for a swim in the world’s best marinade.

I used my most reliable recipe after a batch of this recipe failed. I think because I halved the all-purpose flour with almond flour. They burnt and tasted off. But this second cookie batch, perfection! You can tell by the dough that they are going to be dee-licious.

Also opened up some Pastosa raviolis to get rid of some marinara in the freezer. These are the best.
