…Another Sweet, that was my dinner. Perfect golden pancakes… blueberry pancakes. Out of all the things I make, I am always 100% satisfied with my pancakes. Perhaps because I have made them consistently for decades of my life. Even more consistently than chocolate chip cookies. So enjoy the visual fruit of my collective pancake-making experiences.
Two secrets to perfect pancakes: 1) Regulate the pan temp! Make sure it’s pre-heated and make sure you lower the heat when it gets too hot. 2) Use this recipe.
