Yet Another Birthday Bake 🎈

Ok, so I never made anyone 3 baked goods for their birthday, but after the school celebration and the family celebration, it was time for the kid party. So I was on cake duty again!
Though the cake looks cute, it was not how I intended it to look. A tip: Don’t use Wegman’s brand buttery sticks to make frosting. It is not a firm, pipe-able buttercream; it breaks easily and has a little bit of an off-putting yellowy color. Pictured here is the second batch of frosting made with Earth Balance… sturdier and smoother.
The living room has the best light… and so, the background is the pretty hue of my sofa.
This cake is ready to party!
