Stuff Made With Pumpkin

More eats made from the pumpkin purée! First, a batch of pumpkin coconut curry I winged. I got the formula down… aromatics, protein, veg, cream (coconut) and a balance of sweet, spicy, umami, acidity…

So darn good… I’ll have to write down the ingredients I used next time.

Next I tried to make pumpkin gnocchi, but I didn’t have a potato ricer to get the potato texture right. Still it was very yummy…

They boiled up nicely however

And tasted delicious after a quick sauté in a sage “butter” sauce

I’m down to one more container of pumpkin… what should I do next?
