Vegan Eats in Rochester

After a productive week, we toasted at The Hideaway! I was excited to try their vegan options, which are clearly labelled on their menu thankfully.

First, Buffalo Cauliflower with a vegan garlic dill dip. Yummy as it always is, but was lacking some texture.

I got the Mushroom Risotto: Roasted forest mushrooms, Brussels sprouts, garlic, white wine, and a truffle pureeΒ … it was earthy and flavorful, but I needed more vegetable, texture variance and maybe a squeeze of lemon.

We’ll look at it some more, because it is a thing of beauty!

Love that there are so many vegan options I haven’t tried yet all about town!
