There are a couple of Bruster’s Ice Cream‘s around Rochester, New York. Though not as imaginative as their very long list of dairy ice cream options, they’ve got a few options that are definitely worth a trip. At this visit I tried their oat milk-based vanilla and chocolate hard ice creams in a cup with strawberry and pineapple sauce… and the banana, I brought from home. Because there were bananas at peak ripeness.
I am very impressed with their ice cream and would definitely return! They’ve also got some Italian ice and sorbets that are vegan as well…
Can’t wait to head back to Bruster’s Ice Cream for another concoction. Maybe I’d even bring the whipped cream!
