Vegan Fried Chicken 🍿

I am now convinced that Instagram is the best means of finding vegan food options. Because a picture is worth a thousand words. Roland Park Bagels in Baltimore had a bomb-looking vegan fried chicken sandwich that would be a perfect “on the way” bite. Arriving early, it would be my breakfast!
Now here are the series of “thousand words.” Though I must mention that the patty comes from Little Fig Bakeshop, supplier of high quality vegan goodies to Baltimore eateries. I will try to get some sweet stuff on the way back!
You know I have eaten a lot of vegan fried chicken sammies. This one was very good. Great crunch and texture and on a soft, delicious bun.
