Two Vegan Egg Sandwiches

It’s pretty fantastic that vegan breakfast options are becoming so widespread. For the decades I’ve been vegan, a morning bite was often not easy to be found. To follow, some easy and satisfying bites in between creative tasks. First, the Vegan Egg Sandwich from Hampton Coffee Company in Montauk, Long Island.

Though the price is a bit highway robbery, I needed some calories to survive my cold outdoor shoot. I might enjoy a shoe sole pressed in between bread in a panini press though.

Onto Staten Island–Bloom Cafe‘s love and attention to detail offer me the closest vegan yums… even though the Narrows are between us.

I got the vegan egg wrap on a bagely roll. Now I believe all sandwich need a hash brown in them.

This was dreamy.
