You might have forgotten since I told you in 2018, but I have a thing for tiki bars. Real ones. Ones that opened long ago. There are two in Los Angeles and I was happy to have hit them both, along with a new one which, of course, was not as good. Here are some pics as the visuals of these places are the real draw for me.
Tiki-Ti… opened in 1961. Legend.
Tiki No is the newer one. Really bad music playing and clientele who don’t really love tiki bars. I can tell.
Tonga Hut. Original Tiki gangsta, opened in 1958.
