Sweet Sticky Rice

Mango and sticky rice. There are certain foods that, once before you, are bittersweet to begin to eat. That’s because every bite makes the end nearer; every taste, though supremely satisfying, is marked with a tinge of anxiety. Soon it will no longer be present on my plate. Soon I will have eaten it all.
