Love You S’More

With some cookie butter in the pantry and a big batch of homemade marshmallow to use, it had to be s’mores again. Okay—blanket statement: marshmallow treats are my absolute favorite–in general, in childhood, now, later. But this cookie butter from Biscoff, my favorite garnish for s’more cupcakes, is also dream. I knew it’d work as a perfect substitution in a peanut buttercream for a new version of my most favorite cupcake to assemble: The S’more.
A regular batch of chocolate cupcakes, piped with Biscoff buttercream and garnished with the s’more grahams I had laying around since this night… and this not-so-great chocolate bar from the VeganCuts box this month. I knew they’d soften up with the weight of the marshmallow…
And speaking of… just look at this piping!
