Secret Vegan Kitchen on National Hot Dog Day 🌭🍳

I would put another check off my NYC eating bucket list when I headed to Secret Vegan Kitchen‘s pop-up at Principles Coffee Shop in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
Though I really wanted to try one of their delicious-looking coated corn dogs I had been watching on social media, they had just hot dog selections on this National Hot Dog Day. So I went for another thing that had been blowing my mind on their instagram… this sunny side egg they created!
The Jersey Breakfast was a bacon-wrapped hot dog topped with home fries and this vegan egg!
Before I knew I’d devour it in a few bites, some pictures.

It was really impressive. Secret Vegan Kitchen is doing some great vegan eats that no one else is really doing! I can’t wait to try more!
