Date night and possibly the most shrinkflation-y avocado roll I ever did see! “where’s the beef?!”
This wacky picture my Mom printed and framed now has a home by the side door.
Ah I remember making these smoothie bowls. I miss so much stuff! Can’t wait till I am back home.
The oldest boy making an experiment. These are made of ground up Oreos and other rando ingredients. Apparently they weren’t too bad. But I didn’t have to try them because they weren’t vegan. I do like that he is into cooking and baking.

More pumpkin being used for these pumpkin pancakes!
They were yummy but we were out of syrup. Doh!
And I drove back to DC to start a 4-day trip the same day. What a haul! See you soon, Rochester!
