After an uneventful drive back into the NYC area, some sustenance before meeting up with some old work friends. The outstanding Earthen would do the trick. Some wine to get things started…
What was I craving? The Sweet & Spicy Chick’n Sandwich is fried mushroom in a sweet chili sauce, a sesame red cabbage slaw, pickles, and a habanero served a salad.
This sandwich is perfect.
Now I was ready for a few days in New York City.
