Trying out Las Vegas’s many vegan options is something I look forward to at the beginning and the end of my desert trips. This time it was the vintage styled all-vegan fast food spot right next to a McDonalds, Plant Power Fast Food.

I wanted the nostalgic feel of a Big Mac and so the Big Zac did not disappoint! Two plant-based patties, and Big Zac sauce on a sesame seed bun topped with pickles, shredded lettuce, chopped onion, and a slice of melted American ‘cheese.’ With shoestring fries and seltzer, it really hit the spot.

Though tall, the buns were light and airy making and the patties thin, making it not too much food. I just love this flavor combination and the crispy texture of iceberg lettuce and pickles.
