Patchogue’s Peach & Pine Pop-up

I can’t wait until Peach & Pine has their own brick & mortar eatery. Then I might not have to worry that all’d be gone by the time I arrive. Thankfully this past Sunday, at one of their last pop-ups of the year at Better Man Distillery in Patchogue, I was able to nab a brunch offering: The Biscuits N’ Gravy Baby. That’s their hose-made rosemary and garlic buttermilk biscuit, buttermilk fried chik’n and gravy.

I confidently classify them as Next Level when it comes to both sweet and savory bites. This level of quality on Long Island is worth the trip. Inhaling this dish made the world disappear… the parking lot I pulled into to devour became heavenly. I look forward to more of their deliciousness in ’21.
