New Years Polar Bear Plunge! 🥂🌊

Last year The Greek and I partook in the annual Polar Bear Plunge at Coney Island, this year we plunged on our own terms at Rockaway Beach. And because we are entering the 2020’s, I had to embrace the theme.

Upon exiting the water, the sensation is amazing. A numbness spreads throughout the body while adrenaline surges. But I didn’t go under like that nut job.
