Making The Bread

I would like to get back into making my own bread. With such simple ingredients it seem odd to buy chemical laden loaves. So this was a good start, simple… great texture and chew… but I didn’t like the flavor overall. I will be trying out recipes until one suits my fancy, so please come along for the ride!
