Macaron 5 always has at least one vegan flavor on their monthly menu… making them the only area vegan macaron maker! I checked out this month’s flavor from the stand at the Deer Park outlets in the middle of my Long Island weekend itinerary. As usual, they were delicate with great texture. Though the chocolate and raspberry filling dominated a bit aggressively, they were pretty and pleasing bites.
