Lots of Vegan Food
in Rochester, NY {Part 6}

Back in Rochester means more vegan eats to try! So let’s back to it…

Crave

has some really great choices for vegans: vegan ramen, bun, bowls, etc. A sucker for a rice flour bun, I started with some of their tofu buns. A nice chunk of tofu, pickled daikon and cucumber. So satisfying.

Also a make your own bowl… quinoa, tofu, cucumber, avocado, edamame, and greens served with a fantastic ginger dressing (not shown).

Abundance Food Co-Op

is a really great market with tons of the area’s star vegan eats in one place!

Like Grassfed Butcher sandwiches…

… pints of Eat Me Ice Cream, which has been on my list! But no thanks on lavender…

Some Black Cat Baking Co. goodies

I got these delicious truffle balls…

Along with some s’mores stuff and snacks for the cottage.

Another one on my list is

Allah’s Kitchen

They’ve got Jamaican all-vegan eats that

I got the Knowledge Bowl but he threw in some mac and cheese too! It was also coconut brown rice, Jamaican curried seitan, cabbage and plantains. I ate all of it! A huge portion…

Sol Burrito

makes some really good tofu tacos. They’re simple, but done right. The tofu’s texture is very impressive. Whomever makes them understands how to impart flavor into tofu… not always the case.

Finally, back at

Happy Gut Sanctuary

for some more Black Cat Baking Co. offerings..

I had to try their Boston Cream donut… I mean, just look at it.

See those real vanilla beans? See that oiliness? Heaven.

I also got a slice of this loaf… Vegan Matcha, Yuzu, Ube Cake. Very unique and delicious

And there is still so much more on my list! Till next time, Rochester…
