One Ripe Banana

Ok, so this is more like fruit turnover than pantry turnover… which is even more high stakes! Are you ever staring at one ripe banana left in the bunch? And everyday it grows more speckled and blackened? Well, what do you do with only one ripe banana? This is my favorite answer yet.
Slice the banana
Sandwich two slices around a small piece of chocolate or chocolate chip
Make your usual pancake batter, but hold off on the sweetener. The bananas are sweet enough.
Dip the banana slice sandwiches in the batter and then cook them up till golden, like you would a pancake.
