January ’24 Outtakes

Month 1 of 2024 took its sweet time–the pace of ordinary, the pace of feeling things out. Here are some outtakes.

The late 1900’s.

A really yummy mac and cheese I made with that cheese sauce you make from potatoes and carrot. It is so damn good.

I had a problem with eating the huge batch I made.

We had some pretty minor snowfalls. So I took pictures…

Overexposed pleasantly

I just really love this bathroom design spread

The light in the spare bedroom has me in there often… it’s also next to where I bake. And I bake often!

Before coffee is ingested:

So much oldness here. I enjoy that.

The day starts with pink. We like to check the sunrise colors before the bus picks them up for school.

When you have too many tissues in your pocket the wash makes things messier.

Wish I would have bought this.

A quick stop at Dog Town for a vegan Chicago dog.

Making lots of tofu scramble, a thing I love to do

Vegetable momos from Haveli Indian Cuisine… a new favorite

Parking lot puddle lungs

Band of horses

White strawberries

Another tofu scramble

A wreath I made for my Danish pal

I really liked how it turned out

Snacks in between errands

Blue spirulina bowl

Then chocolate cake LOL

So neat that Salvatore’s makes vegan pizza!

It was really yummy!

Another sunrise check! Beautiful! Now let’s get into February…
