Hello Kitchen, My Old Friend
September 10, 2022

I made a lot of stuff this weekend, starting with using a bunch of bananas that have patiently waited in and out of the fridge while I was out of town many times. I figured they deserved a happy ending.

So I started at the beginning: breakfast. 3 ingredient pancakes, this recipe. But I added some baking powder. They were really good and extremely easy.

No need to add additional sweetener to the recipe! It has very ripe bananas and of course I’m to cover it with maple syrup.

Have to make these again. I do have like tons of oats to use up thanks to auto shipments while I was away pretty much all summer.

Next, I’m trying to get rid of the many boxes of pasta I have. So I made my favorite vegan cheese sauce from potato and carrot.

Really easy meal for some of the days of the week.

I also wanted to use the rice noodle. I made Pad Thai with Isa’s incredible sauce. This is another dinner for the week!

The rest of the bananas were made into chocolate marble banana bread… it’s been awhile since I made this recipe. I really enjoy it.

All marbled up!

Baked and ready to go… but where should I take it?

How beautiful.

What should I make next??
