Eating Time

I’m so pleased a place like Lively is so close to my job. Good healthy eats are readily available. Here is my Green Sandwich–Gluten free bread, kale, collard greens, spinach, celery, cucumber, chickpeas, almond, olive oil, and vegan mayo. And that delicious tahini bite that I now think taste a little too floral for some reason. And that’s my work hubby.

Brooklyn’s Coco Thai no longer sells my favorite Thai treat, park mor. I am so bummed about this. So bummed that I spend $15 for a plate of ’em at Thai Rock before we went to the staff party. Before I show you them, here on the dumplings I had to order in place of what I really wanted.

There they are! SO PERFECT.

Mojio pre-gaming

Now onward to Bungalow Bar for the staff party! And special vegan options only for me!

Zucchini pasta… it was aight.

More close to work deliciousness now… this time from my favorite Renegades of Sunset! This is the Giuseppe: housemade sweet Italian sausage, sautΓ©ed peppers & onions, marinara, housemade mozzarella & fresh basil on a sesame seed hero. This is fantastic!

Clerical Day done right!

Avocado Toast from Baya Bar… just down the block.

And now Roots Cafe‘s The Taibi: Avocado, tomato, cucumber, greens, vegan cheese, pickled green onions, & green goddess dressing on 8 grain bread. So refreshing!

Now some food I actually made! I mix tofu and tempeh together a lot. This has pineapple in too.

Yummy plate

I still got some beet burgers left… this is a double decker with hosemade fries. On the sandwich baby kale, housemade pickles, vegan may and horseradish. Do you know I love horseradish?

Cookies for kids… s’mores cookies

And some more cookies for work. Tahini chocolate chip cookies

That’s a food wrap!
