Just a quick jump from my hotel/home, the Charlotte Regional Farmers Market. Me and another trainee checked it out, hoping to get some goodies for the week to come.
Besides the veggies, there was so much vegan stuff to peruse!
Freakie Vegan Eatz Butcher Shop— this is where I grabbed a bite! Their seitan meats were just what I was craving.
The Reuben… it was divine! I want to return again soon for their other sandwiches!
