And while we’re hitting the best vegan in the area, it was breakfast at Clinton Hill’s Guevara’s. A space as gorgeous and vibrant as their food, this is a Brooklyn gem.

This is their B.E.C. … made of King trumpet mushroom bacon, Mung bean ‘frittata’, smoked ‘provolone’, mole ‘mayo’ on a whole wheat kaiser roll.  Again, no packages.
