My Mom scored some vegan cupcakes from Whole Foods for me, but I still had to make something sweet to bring to my family’s. Because I had a hankering for tiramisu since peeping this recipe.
The cake for soaking, the coffee and bourbon mixture (because I had no Amaretto) and the cashew and yogurt based cream ready for layering…
The cake was so light and it really sucked up the spiked coffee…
