I don’t know why I don’t make Jello-y treats more often as they are so easy to make. I’ll get on that. But here are some hearts I made with the new silicone molds I bought for making marshmallow treats. The fresh agar is most important in creating real buoyancy. And using coconut milk, like this time, makes for a better presentation. But sometimes hearts are imperfect.
