Ok, so bread isnโt a typical Valentineโs Day treat… but this bread… this bread! Come on!
With a few tweaks to this recipe from Foodie.Yuki, maker of show-stopping Instagram eats, you too may create this Leopard Milk Bread from just basic pantry items. It utilizes the tangzhong breadmaking method to help make a soft and fluffy loaf. In my festive version, I created pink and red leopard spots, altering steps 4 & 5 in her recipe, simply throwing the divided smaller dough ball back in the mixer with a dab of pink gel coloring, then red on the other.
