Kith Treats is a cereal bar a few steps from the Barclays Centers in Downtown Brooklyn that mixes up childhood classic cereals with ice cream in cones, cups, milkshakes and bowls. And they’ve got a coconut ice cream vegan option! I enjoyed a delicious blizzard of Cap’N Crunch on a beautiful sunny day.
There aren’t a whole lot of cereals that are vegan, but hey–Cap’N Crunch with Crunchberries does the trick. Just so you know most of these processed cereals are not vegan because they are fortified with Vitamin D3 which is derived from sheeps’ wool. If I didn’t mark it, I didn’t ascertain whether or not it’s vegan.
This was so delicious.
Just like cereal milk!
