Vegan Holiday Potluck

The Art/FoodSparrow and her Tim X were the hosts of a delicious holiday vegan potluck. I had been looking forward to the event for months and spent most of the day starving myself for the feast. My additions were from VCOn: Pumpkin Crumb Cake with Pecan Streusel and the tzimmes.

At the Sparrow home, a spinach and artichoke dip, hummus and Dr. Cow‘s cashew and hemp seed cheese along with fresh veggies and crackers.
The phyllo-wrapped seitan loaf with some pretty amazing stuffing. My tzimmes lurk in the distance.
