Vegan Breakfast at Gregory’s Coffee

Though the New York chain Gregory’s Coffee has offered vegan bites for years, things like muffins, healthy superfood bites, they now offer their deluxe breakfast sandwich totally veganized–using a vegan croissant, folded Just Egg, Beyond sausage, and vegan cheese; The Vegan Deluxe. On an errand in downtown Brooklyn, I gave it a try.
There were vegan treats abound too, including an old fashioned donut. With all options clearly labeled with a green V, it isn’t a mystery.
Other vegan food options include some toasts, a scramble and plenty of drink concoctions.
My Vegan Deluxe… Thank goodness it’s not Daiya. Not sure what vegan cheese it is though.
Just Egg has a nice airy texture, but could use some black salt.
A very convenient option that hits the spot. It is nice to see that more extensive vegan options are spreading .
And they have macadamia milk too! So some latte love…
