Vegan at the Gas Station⛽🌱

What a nice and random treat to see this sign on my way back south on the Palisades Parkway! After a long day of exploration, a quick and no-hassle vegan bite right off the parkway is just what I needed. The Sunoco Palisade South in Englewood Cliffs, New Jersey boast vegan options beyond packaged snacks and fruit. They’ve got a variety of vegan sandwiches clearly labelled. I love how the fear of the V-bomb is dissipating…

Now back on the road. No hullaballoo, thank you very much snack shop at Sunoco. You’ve got the best vegan sandwich at a gas station I’ve had so far! But admittedly, this genre of eats might just blow up… I’m ready for it.
