Using the Apple Haul, Part 1 🍎 An Apple Tart -

Now that I have a slew of apples to use, my first undertaking would be from Rainbow Nourishment, one of my favorite vegan blogs to hunt for recipes. It starts with a quick crust in the food processor.

I made two tarts. This is the first, the circle. As a result of making these I put several tart pans on my wish list.

The second tart was in my heart cake pan.

Used the mandoline without injury. This is a rarity!

The sugar cinnamon mixture was part of the reason why I made two. I used brown sugar on the first and, along with the cinnamon, made the finished tart too dark.
