Totally Possible: A Real Vegan Burger π±

I try to not eat garbage that often, though I do sometimes… even report on it here. But in general I’m not a fan of super-processed meat analogs, thickener-packed super-processed vegan cheese products, fast food companies’ new “vegan” offerings—garbage… vegan garbage.
But Lekka Burger doesn’t make no junk. So let’s enjoy how good actual plants can truly be… not hydrolyzed, extruded plant proteins; genetically engineered soy leghemoglobin, tertiary butylhydroquinone, methylcellulose, chemically-drenched food starches, etc—all part of a dysfunctional and profit-driven food system that too many vegans celebrate our aligning to simply because the foods contain no animal derivatives. All hail real plants!
