These Are a Few of My Favorite Things: T&L Storms

The clouds and the sky, uninterrupted here, are quite distracting while driving. Plumes of crisp, starchy whites, grey veils and every shade (or absence of shade) in between transformed the space above the horizon to a mesmerizing and dizzying focal point. Entering the Rockies from the Great Plains there was a lot of cloud action west of the interstate that, fortunately and unfortunately, passed over us to soak the Ford Focus in a downpour. Here are some of the highlights of battling the gigantic grey beast.
