Tonight’s date night was The Sheffield… because I just happened to stumble upon their menu and discovered an exciting vegan option: The CLT.

Here it is… the CLT: Smoked crispy coconut bacon on sour dough with tomato, lettuce & vegan aioli

Wowzer, would you look at that coconut bacon?! This sandwich is something special. I am so glad to have accidentally stumbled upon it.
