The Colors of Home: Apartment Design Break, Part 2
January 11, 2019

And since it’s hibernation season, I am motivated to begin fine-tuning my space, starting with two of my very favorite things: music and baking. My baking ingredients now are stored beautifully in the biggest “lazy Susan” I’ve ever seen. I won it from an estate sale auction and picked it up in Danbury, CT. And my music becomes forefront thanks to my new turntable from Crosley and a low-light plant that I was assured will thrive without any direct sunlight from one of my new favorite places in Bay Ridge, Indoor Outdoor Gardener. Now I need more weird things for my shelf.

My to-do table! One day I will sit down at it. Maybe.

As I finish depleting all my storage spaces elsewhere, my book shelf is finally filling up.

An awesome gift from my brother… a vintage Remington typewriter he found abandoned in some yard and rescued for me. The perfect bookend for my photo books.

Now, I am not going anywhere.
