Though it doesn’t seem like soup weather this weekend, I made A Virtual Vegan‘s Creamy Cauliflower Horseradish Soup for the week. I made one small tweak–cooking the onion and garlic up with the thyme in the pan till nice and flavorful instead of stewing all ingredients right off the bat. Read more…
