Staycation: Serendipity 3

With a very special occasion (my bird day!) and my darling guests in town, we hit up the tourist hot spot Serendipity 3. The whimsical eatery is a true NY experience. And they have vegan options!
I was worried about fake super-processed fake chicken, but thank goodness it was tofu.
An appetizer of guacamole was simple but out of this world
The tofu tacos. Really yummy–it hit all the flavor notes you want tacos to hit. Texture variance, some freshness, acidity. And… French fries!
