Special Treat For A Special Little Guy -

Baking in another kitchen is hard for me. But a very special little guy requested cupcakes for his class… and so it had to happen. For future reference as they were so loved, I used this very easy recipe, made a chocolate ganache using the last of the Reddi-Whip coconut cream because I ran out of plant milk and attempted to use up as many sprinkles as I could in the 5 almost empty containers in my guy’s pantry. The result met with rave reviews from all!
