On the New York State Fairgrounds in Syracuse is the annual The Great New York State Fair. Being a fan of carnivals, state fairs have been on my bucket list for quite some time.

Though there are plenty of farming “displays” that sickeningly feature captive animals. There are vegan food options at the Fair.
Included on my list were two exclusively stated all-vegan concessions, the first: Razzle Dazzle/Our Vegan Corner.
I got the panini.
It was vegan cheesy goodness.
I found this mango smoothie thing about the fair. It was good & dairy-free.
We were searching for the second all-vegan eatery all day. I guess we should have looked at the map sooner.
Strong Hearts Cafe is inside The Eatery space–and I guess they are there every year!
Since I was on the hunt for them so long, I figured I’d have to get something.
I got the wings, but they were those standard packaged kinds.. So early 2000’s!
Though there were some other things about the Fair, I was full! But these disgusting meat dishes are now on my list to veganize!
Ok, State Fair…. Check that off my bucket list!
