Last time I went to Red Bank’s Good Karma Cafe was 2011. That is like six lifetimes ago. I was glad to see they were thriving despite the pandemic. I received great service as I fumbled about with describing my distinct craving. In the end the counter guy helped me decide on a sandwich version of their Crispy Baked Tempeh Buffalo Wings.
Their thick baked tempeh buffalo wings in hot sauce on a seeded bun and doused in creamy ranch. It really hit the spot!
Also fantastic, their Tiramisu. I devoured in ravenously… so creamy and tasty. This dessert has been on my mind lately. Looking ahead, I might make it for my birthday thing at my family’s.
