Ro’s Diner, All-vegan diner in Brooklyn

I was meeting a special friend for brunch at Ro’s Diner in Brooklyn! Ah, Brooklyn, I can’t say that I miss you but there are parts I recall fondly. As we walked about waiting for the diner to open, some sites in the East Williamsburg area I used to live!

These standards are low.

Finally eating! I got the bucket of pancakes… a bowl of overlapping pancakes with a scramble, tater tots, bacon and hollandaise sauce. Form and function = a fantastic breakfast

This place used to be Champs Diner…

Never had anything like this!

After this, time to head back to DC. Goodbye for now, NYC.
