There is an amazing pizza place in Bloomfield, New Jersey with a tremendous amount of vegan options! Pizzanada started with just one option… but demand soon guided half their new menu. I chatted up the friendly counter woman to get the scoop on the best, most well-loved vegan offerings.
And it was the personal Vegan Meat Lasagna Grandma Pizza that won my heart. With dreamy dollops of vegan ricotta, vegan meatball, and a small amount of vegan mozzarella–along with a fantastic sauce, a fantastic crust and glorious basil ribbons about, it might just be the best vegan pizza I’ve ever had!
And because it was a beautiful and unseasonably warm day… and I had a pick-up truck… I ate in the cargo bed! It was pretty joyful. And now I want a pick-up truck. And more vegan pizza.
It was so good, I just kept taking pictures in disbelief.
Pinch me, this vegan pizza is so dreamy.
Though I didn’t get to try any, Pizzanada also has sweet treats.
