PB Bistro & Bar in Greenwich, Rhode Island

PB Bistro & Bar in Greenwich, Rhode Island was a must-visit as I snaked back south from Massachusetts. “PB” stands for plant-based. “Bistro” for hearty, comforting fare. And “Bar” as in thoughtful libations with housemade components. More specifically there was this M*tha Clucka sandwich I had to get my hands on… battered + fried BBQ oyster mushrooms, slaw, lettuce, tomato, topped with housemade onion rings and served on a pretzel bun. I mean, just look at it:

I sat facing the window so the cute main street could see me awkwardly struggle to fit a bit in my mouth.

I got my hands on it. Goal achieved.
