Pantry Clean Out Bars

I used pretty Chef Chloe‘s Beach Bar recipe to turnover some pantry items before some summer travel!First was a bunch of different chocolates from Mast Brothers and Sunspire.
Date Lady date syrup from my most recent VeganCuts box. If I don’t use this thing now, I’d lose it.
I ground up the graham crackers from the 5th grade camping trip, along with those Vanilla Snaps. And I used a ton of the shredded coconut I bought at the Indian grocer in what I call impractical quantity excitement (IQE). Then I finally finished off the almonds… after bashing them with a rubber hammer.
They slowly set to yummy perfection. I brought them to work and they were devoured… by the adults.
