Overnight in Stamford, Connecticut

The last night of this 4-day trip would be in Stamford, Connecticut. And I was too beat to explore the area once again! So just a few shots before I catch a flight home to Rochester.

The top floor and some *cold* vegan lasagna from Greenology in New Canaan, CT! Who sells a cold dish like that without making a note in the item description. With only a microwave in the lobby and full Happy Hour festivities going on, I ripped into it cold because I was that hungry. And then I had Grub Hub take it off my bill, thank you very much.
The Apple Pie Empanada was filled with apples, cloves, cinnamon, vegan butter, and coconut sugar. It was yummy but way too small.
